This has got to be one of the lamest auctions I've ever seen

Fraud at it's finest.

Fraud is fraud regardless how you feel about the company. I would love to hear your comments if it was your business getting shafted. No need for double standards, one standard will do just fine.

yes, the principle of only 1 standard is good and all, but after waiting 3 months to get back fees wrongfully charged to my account, i could care less. Yes, egay is a big company, takes them time to do things...but maybe they are too big if they cant catch this guy, or pay me back? dunno, just a thought.
