Ebay - some guy stole my listing description and my hosted pic

Guy stole my entire format, he even left my email address in the listing.

Obviously, the picture is hosted by me, and he stole that too. I have already changed the name of the picture for my own auctions, and edited them.

So, now I get to change the picture in his auction.

Anyone got any ideas?
