ebay sniper

if the sniper bid higher than you, he deserved to win. thats how ebay works, you bid as MUCH as you are willing to pay. then if a person bids higher, they get it. so simple bid as much as you are willing to pay, and the sniper will give up. and if they sniper doesnt and he bids EVEN higher, then he deserved it because he paid higher.

sniping is retarded, if you were willing to pay higher in the first place, then BID HIGHER!

sometimes people will change their mind about their max bid. Id rather bid at the last second so that person has no time to think about bidding higher.

Idiotic. Proxy bidding is just a good way to pay more than you have to.

Outbid someone by proxy, and most of the time they'll come back and bump you up a few times just to see how much higher you bid.
Do it at the last second and that won't happen.

It's totally irrelevant how much you are actually willing to pay. Just because you are WILLING to pay 400 bucks for something that the current bid on is 350, doesn't mean you wouldn't rather get it for 355.
That's why you snipe...to get the best price.
