eBay has a new section in community called "my world" that is a myspace-ey kind of thing where you can create a bio, link to your ebay blog and a bunch of other social networking kinds of things.

Ebay never had a soul. This is how it will work....They will charge you a "blog insertion fee". Then when you get a comment on your blog the commenter will be charged and you will also have to pay a percentage. Your blog will eventually expire and at that time you will pay a "bolg termination fee".

When you post your blog you will get a 100 comments and questions from random peoples apparent they didn't bother reading a single word of the actual blog.

When you go to add pictures to your blog they will charge you 45 cents per picture. If you use bold that will be another fee.

Adding friends to your list will cost you money. Your friends must be paypal certified first and have good feedback. If one of your friends leaves a nasty message you will not be able to delete it. When you inquire to ebay world you will only get a series of automated emails. There will no trace of real human customer service interaction.
