You can relist for free.

The second relisting fee should get refunded when the second auction ends iirc

There are a few restrictions on getting the free relist. They will charge you full price to relist when you resubmit your auction, then if you meet the restrictions, you'll get a rebate. Two of the restrictions for a relist rebate are: 30 days and it must sell. There are other restrictions. See eBay.com for details.
