Email the buyer and tell him you only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. That's the only type of addresses I ship to. If they are unconfirmed, they can send me a USPS money order. If the user never replies, send a second email asking him to confirm the address within X days. After X days, refund his money and relist.

I already simply sent the item to the confirmed Paypal address. No tracking or anything, no delivery confirmation. I've never had an issue before doing that. Not the best way to cover my ass but I haven't had problems. I will send him another email telling him where it went, but I have no proof that he'll see the email.

You are supposed to always use delivery confirmation.

According to what or whom?

How would you intend to win a dispute if the buyer states that the item was not received?

I could only say I sent it to his confirmed paypal address and trust his response. I have a post office receipt for a package sent to Carlsbad, CA 90028. If he claims that no package was received at that address (i.e. that I never sent it), he has me, I suppose. I don't expect that to happen.
