I reserve the right to remove negative and 0 bidders at my discretion at any time as a precautionary, if you have no feedback please contact me if placing a bid.

???is this legitimate?

I do not want to come off as abrasive.
i am really tired of putting something up on ebay, and having a zero bidder win the auction & never hear from them.

I've seen people do the same thing, especially for bidders with 0 feedback. Usually for larger / more expensive items.

I don't see why you can't. As long as you allow 0 bidders to contact you to plead their case. :)

I posted that on a camera auction once and a very irate lady e-mailed me... Really nasty about it.

I replied, "This is why I don't allow 0 feedback bidders... Duh."

i have had some great 0 bidders win auctions. But they are no doubt the exception rather than the rule.
