eBay sellers, help me! Is this a glitch?

That's what I received in an e-mail from ebay. The entire e-mail is phrased as though I am making the second chance offer to myself, and there is no second recipient of the e-mail. Does e-bay normally do something like this? It's terrible confusing that they wouldn't just give me a confirmation e-mail that the second chance offer was sent. Instead I get this e-mail that acts as though I'm buying the item from myself

There's a checkmark that you had checked off to where it sends a copy to you too.
