what if it isn't really their feedback. ie they are faking to be the person with good feedback, how do you know?
 
I would. I also ship internationally via Paypal payment (if I get a good feel from the person). So far I haven't been burned and I've even accepted payments from Canada as large as $1,500. But as I said - I must have a good feeling about the person from our communication. If I have the slightest doubt - I tell them to send a money order or use BidPay.com
