Ebay Seller Never Shipped.. What are my next steps?

I purchased a jeep key fob on Jan-12th off of ebay and the seller never shipped and will not respond to my emails. I have filed a complaint with paypal, but I was wondering what other steps I should take.

I have Name/Address/Phone:
SCHWORN, MARY

Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034

I tried calling the phone number but I don't get any one. Just rings and rings. Now I know I am only out $13.50 but still I cant let them get away with this. I also noted that they had another auction up at the same time and she never shipped that item & wont respond to email either.

Any tips? Should I call the Lake Hiawatha, NJ police?

from her prior feedback, I would guess some sort of problem on her end (emergency, illness, etc.). I would let eBay do it's work and not get too upset. Sucks that this happens, but if she's not a deadbeat, I would let it slide. Bad things can happen to good people.

I was thinking the same thing, but ebay will only get involved if it was over $25..
