Ebay Screwed Me

WTH. I ordered 2 Hori Arcade stick pro. And they sent me some UFS Naki Fighting Stick.

They were 106 total a piece.

I'm new to ebay. What am i Suppose to do. I checked their original Ebay store. and the website seems to be blank now.

Am i suppose to file a report or something?

Their ebay (Buy it now) store is Gamezforless

I am going nuts.
 
Ebay monitors ATOT, so now that you've mentinoed it, just sit back until they call you.
 
Contact the seller, if you get nowhere with them hopefully you payed with paypal.

If you payed with paypal you want to file a complaint "item not as described"

That should get you a refund.

The only safe way to buy off ebay is paypal with a credit card source. That way if paypal sides with the seller you can still file a complaint with your CC company. This way there is no way you can lose.

Ok guys,, I did pay with PayPal the only problem is. Do I still have to pay for the shipping back to the vendor, or would I get that back somehow.
 
What I don't understand is. What are these guys trying to do. If i call the credit card company. They won't get jack. It's not like money is that easy to steal. Yes it is a hassle for me. But they still won't get anything in the end.
 
Just tell the seller that they did not send you the item your bought that you expect your shipping charges will be refunded and that they should send you the right item or refund your money.

Also tell them you paid with paypal and that you are aware of the procedure to get your money back.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

hopefully you have a CC payment souce

I'm sure someone with 107,444 positive feedback will help to solve your problems if you contact him appropriately. Look at your item description and see what it says about returns, contact, etc...

Actually it is 920, but still a 99.2% positive, I would take that any day (either buying from or if I actually sold that much crap)
