I scored a deal on a Dell OEM mobo (from OptiPlex MT) to build a server using an unutilized chassis and PSU I had around here. It was not properly identified in the auction listing, just listed as non-descript "DELL motherboard", but I was able to tell what it was from the photo. Buy It Now prices on this board have been ranging between $45 ~ $75 plus shipping from various sellers. The seller is some kind of electronics recycler.
The board was listed Buy it Now for $26 plus $12 shipping. I sent an 'offer' for $20 (plus shipping) and the seller accepted. Unlike nearly all other listings this one came with the rear I/O shield which will fit any ATX chassis. I assumed the auction was for the mobo and I/O shield, that's all that was listed.
Got the board and it had Core i3-3220 processor installed in it. The auction photo does show a CPU (with some residual TIM) in the socket but I assumed someone snapped the photo not thinking to remove the processor for the photo. The CPU works fine, I used Intel's Processor Diagnostic checks out 100%. That alone is worth a good $60 maybe up to $80. And so far the board seems to work fine, too.
Contacted the seller to inform them and see what they wanted to do about it, I'd be willing to give them something extra for it (or return it at their expense) but have not received any reply in three days. Guess it's mine to keep!
