Ebay scam, or just misdirected letter?

Is this an attempted scam, or an Ebay user who meant to send to someone else rather than me? The text sounds familiar to other scam letters I've heard about. The email shows received from (same user)@cox-internet...hmmm.

I just received your e-mail that you sent "I know just how you feel" TODAY!!! I needed that for a Christmas present, then had to go out and buy something else. You could have emailed me and ask if I still wanted it and cancelled the order since you did not even send it till after the due date and after my complaint. I don't think I should have to pay for it!!!

As long as that guy e-mailing you didn't win any of your auctions I would say just leave it alone and don't even bother replying.

I have gotten more useless random e-mail before. It could be a "test" spam just to see if you would reply 😕

I would just ignore it.
