2-328. Sale by Auction.
(3) Such a sale is with reserve unless the goods are in explicit terms put up without reserve. In an auction with reserve the auctioneer may withdraw the goods at any time until he announces completion of the sale.

I generally interpret it as good to go unless i put "no reserve" in the listing and conditions of sale void any presumption of "no reserve" (ie buyer pays for shipping, only accept paypal yade yada).

That clause is stating the rules for an auction with reserve. The only part about no reserve is where it states that an auction is with a reserve unless it explicitly states that it is not.

A winning bid is a contract between you and the winner. The only way out of it is with a reserve price in which you can choose whether or not you wish to sell the item if it does not go over the price.

It's not worth much more than $100. It is ~5 gens old and has a ~1.0" LCD.
