I won an auction on Ebay and it says payment is paypal. When I tried to pay with paypal it says the seller's paypal is not setup. I emailed him, and he replied asking me for money oreder. WTF???

I just email him telling him that the auction indecitated payment as paypal.
 
whats his feedback level and is he selling like a thousand laptops at once?
tell him you don't have any money orders in stock and can only pay via Paypal

Good idea. I will email him and ask about that. He said his paypal doesn't work??? Why even post payment with paypal if it doesn't work??
