About a month ago I bought a copy of codebreaker for the PS2 as a gift for my neighbor. The auction said version 9.2 and they sent 9.1. 9.1 has some issues working in older model PS2's. The 9.1 didn't work in my friends PS2.
I sent an e-mail to complain, no response. Sent another e-mail, no response. Waited a week or so and never heard from the seller so I left negative feedback.
Today I get an e-mail from EBAY saying the seller wants to mutually remove negative feedback. Yes! They left ME negative feedback.
They said "We resolve all issues" Whatever that means. Either they think they resolved my issue or they're making a blanket statement about they fact that they try to resolve issues.
