[EBAY Rant] What the hell!

About a month ago I bought a copy of codebreaker for the PS2 as a gift for my neighbor. The auction said version 9.2 and they sent 9.1. 9.1 has some issues working in older model PS2's. The 9.1 didn't work in my friends PS2.

I sent an e-mail to complain, no response. Sent another e-mail, no response. Waited a week or so and never heard from the seller so I left negative feedback.

Today I get an e-mail from EBAY saying the seller wants to mutually remove negative feedback. Yes! They left ME negative feedback.

They said "We resolve all issues" Whatever that means. Either they think they resolved my issue or they're making a blanket statement about they fact that they try to resolve issues.

Leave a follow up on your own feedback and give him negative feedback if he does not return/exchange. then give him neutral at best if he does comply

It sounds like the guy wants to make good on the transaction and when it is resolved, both negatives, yours and his, can be removed........

Send the guy an email that when he solves your problem, you will agree to the mutual feedback removal....

I did that last night. Sent an e-mail to the seller stating basically what you just wrote. So far, no response.

BTW, I hate asshats who don't reply emails. I don't leave them feedback until they leave me mine, seller or buyer.
