ebay rant and question

so a bidder emails me today and says:

hey i`m sorry for the trouble, it was not what i was looking for ,i thought i the hold car system.

(great english there)

i sold a face plate for a car stereo, she thought it was the whole car stereo not just the face plate.
so i am sick of stupid bidders. is this email too nasty?

how could you be confused?
it says in the description:

"Just the detachable face plate,
stereo not included"

oh and the picture of just the faceplate, was that confusing somehow?

in the future, please read the entire description before bidding.

sorry if i seem a little upset i'm just sick of 10% of my winners not paying for auctions. it's a waste of my time and money.

to recoup my listing fees from ebay i have to file a non-paying bidder complaint. after 3 non-paying bidder complaints you will be suspended from ebay.

maybe someday ebay will let me prescreen bidders by IQ

it went for $10, she probably figured that was a little cheap and actually went back and read the auction description
