I bought something on ebay and received it. I was not happy with what i got, I believe the seller said new, but its used. (its a CD).

I went on ebay to check out the listing but ebay had removed it and sent me a message that it was removed.

is there a website that cache's ebay listings, otherwise, i got no proof to make a complaint.

 
Though Ebay removed the listing I'm pretty sure they have a copy of it to use in cases just like this where there may be a complaint...rather than asking ATOT, send an email off to Ebay and ask to get a sure answer.
