Ok this was my first time selling on EBAY before and i made sure to do everything right. I Got insurance, order confirmation, order tracking.

The guy took about 4 days and 2 Emails to get the payment to me. But i got the payment.

It has now been over 2 weeks and i still am not sure if he received the item. I have sent him 5+ Emails and he hasn't responded. I dont have any feedback yet for the sale.

What should i do, i would really like to know if he received the item but some feedback (I only have 4) would really really help.

some people just don't leave feedback. i have a few auctions where they didn't and i've emailed them several times to no effect.

Just let it go. Some people won't correspond with you anymore once they receive the item and they won't even leave feedback. Give it another week or so, and if he/she hasnt said anything to you, forget about it. If they hadnt received the item, they would say something definetly, especially if they already paid for it.

If the he hasn't complained by now, just let it go. You got your money. That's the most important part.

If he didn't get it, you would know. Not everyone exchanges feedback.

Alright well, i was more concerned with whether he got the item and everything than feedback, but i guess the general concensus is that it is his problem now.

Alright thanks a lot for the help guys, i didn't know if you were required to leave it or something. Ill just leave him neutral or no feedback.

don't give him feedback yet. Wait for him to do it. He could just be on vacation this week.

Why would you not leave him positive feedback if he paid you in a timely manner for the goods you were selling? Him choosing to not leave you feedback isn't grounds for you leaving him neutural or none at all. That's now how the system works. People view feeback to know whether or not a person is a trusted buyer or seller, based on payment and shipping/condition of goods. If he paid and wasn't an a-hole to you, then he deserves positive feedback.

I had to send him 3 Emails over the course of 4 days to get him to pay me.

Afterwards, he never contacted me to let me know that the item was received and was in working order after shipping. I could careless that he didn't leave feedback, but he should have been at least responsible enough to answer one of my 5 Emails.

I agree but after a few weeks send him a message through ebay reminding him to fill out a feedback. To me when I buy from someone Rep is everything so it should be his/her responsibility to fill out a feedback.
