Heres the story.

bought some new hockey gear off ebay, hate ebay but it was a good deal so i said screw it.

seller asked me to get money order to him asap as he is moving and wanted it before he left etc.

I ship the money order out the very next day via priority. He gets the money order on monday of this week. Before we did the deal I told him yeah np i'll get the money order out right away so you can get the pads out right away as well cause i have a game friday night that i need the stuff for.

Seller says he has been too busy to ship the pads out.....I work 8 hours a day, goto school full time, and play on 2 hockey teams....yet i managed to get the stuff out the next day.

I'm confused as to why I went way out of my way to get the money order out asap for him to sit with my money and not ship the pads that i need for a game. Emailed him today with no response yet asking if he has shipped. I have another game tuesday night and if I'm not going to have the stuff by then I think i'm just going to ask for my money back.

Do you guys think i've given him enough time to ship considering the situation or should i wait longer?
 
I really dont think i'm getting scammed, he has +2 feedback, i think its just a lazy college student. I have all his info, college he goes to, hockey team he plays for etc, so i'm not really worried about getting scammed.
