About a month ago (exactly a month ago, to be specific), i bought a laptop AC adapter from somebody on ebay. After about 3 weeks of horrible communication on the part of the seller (first i didn't hear from him for a week, then he said he was going to ship the following monday and didn't). Throughout this entire time, i emailed to check on the status, ask if it was shipped, etc. Finally, i just had to file a complaint/chargeback with paypal about a week ago. I emailed him to tell him i did such, although i regretted doing so...once again no response. After this, i went ahead and bought another one on ebay since i needed my laptop for summer school...now, a week after i filed a complaint, the guy decides to finally ship something (he gave paypal a tracking number, but the item was shipped only 2 days ago!). So, am i just stuck with 2 adapters now, or what?

Write to paypal and see what (if anything) they recommend. If nothing else I suppose you could refuse delivery on the first and do a chargeback with your CC, if you used one through paypal, maybe that would be a possibility.

Nah, that's the thing..i guess since paypal emailed him as part of their 'investigation', it looks like he hurried up and sent something off so he'd have a tracking number to give them and he could say that he sent it, even though he only sent it off wednesday.

You can actually call paypal. More effective than writing. I've done it more than once.

If the items was shipped, Paypal will not refund your money, unfortunately.
