I got someone to ask me to end an auction early so it can be a christmas present for her father.
However, her last name is different than his father's
Plus her paypal account is unverified.
What should I do?

Sounds like she wants you to end the auction early so it wouldnt get bid any higher than what she's willing to pay...
 
if payment is by credit card (or check card too I would guess) don't do it.
make sure you get delivery confirmation/tracking also otherwise if the person says they never got it you have no proof.
 
well her father's name could be different because she got married. But Id do it only on the condition that you agree on an amount and she has to paypal you the money before you end the auction so you know she wont stiff you. And make sure you get delivery confirmation like the others said.
