Ebay question: what should I do?

I recently bought a dvd on ebay (SuperBowl 25) for $20. The dvd just arrived and it looks like it was home made. The dvds were DVD-Rs, labels were made using a label maker and the insert of the box was printing on a sheet of paper. Provided everything was done almost proffesionally and looks very neat, I still feel kinda cheated. Nothing in the original auction indicated that the item won't be an original. Is this standard practice for rare dvds?

The thing is - I don't really mind the copy, since the price was good and this DVD set is hard to find. However, I feel kinda cheated.

Actually it would be considered stealing. They have that "This program shall not be reproduced without the expressed..." after each game. The seller could actually be reported as pirating the program.

I'd report his butt to e-bay. What he's doing is the same as buying a movie, copying, and selling it. Doesn't matter if they are hard to find, it's still illegal unless he has a license or permission from whoever made that dvd.

I'm gonna report him. I don't like people taking advantage of me. The thing is, bastard did such a good job, chances are 95% of the people wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
