eBay question, please advise!

Hey,

I am trying to sell and expensive printer on fleabay and I have someone who is interested in france, well I live in the USA. I was wondering what is the best way to get payment? I want to make sure I dont get burned!! I am talking an amount in excess of 1000 but no more than 1700. Please advise all-mighty-masters-of-eBay!!!

Get Paypal? Either way, you are the seller and you should get payment before shipping the item off. If he wants to go with something that takes time, it's his decision.

How about money order or personal check? Just have to make sure the check clears before sending but that's probably the best way.

I say get a bank check from him in us dollars

definetly get teh funds first. There are may types of international money order available. Just call your bank and make sure they accept it.
