Ebay question: how the hell is it possible to sell this low...

Amazon.com has a hot deal on the garmin nuvi 360 for 549.09 so i wondered how much i could get it for on ebay...

I look on ebay's completed listings and there are several sales like this:

That's about half as much as amazon.com's price! And it's an even bigger saving than what i search for on pricegrabber!

I noticed the guy had no feedback for more than a year... is he a scammer or did he rob a truck or something!?
