Hi guys, quick question.

I bought some tickets off a person from Ebay. They have not sent me the tickets yet but they have not receieved it yet also. I paid about 3 weeks ago. Communication has been good through email.

I think Ebay has a 30day period where you can give feedback. They have given me feedback as I have paid quickly. But what about me leaving them feedback?

They have been good so far but they have not sent me the tickets yet.

So what would you do in regards to leaving feedback? Give feedback? Not give it until I get my tickets?

Thanks.

Once again, do NOT leave feedback until you receive your items. This is your only recourse if the seller stiffs you. DO leave negative feedback if the seller does not deliver. You do have 90 days to leave feedback. Your transaction should be long over by the time you have to worry about this though.

Right...so leave positive feedback when you get your items but if they never come, give neg! Who's confused here?

I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don't like to just fire off negative or neutral feedback's because I certainly would want for the buyer or seller to work things out with me and give me a chance to make things right before negative feedback was left.

How long has it been now? How did the seller send the tickets? Contact the seller and if they can't work things out with you, then is the time to leave negative or neutral feedback. Please give the seller a chance to make things right first though even if that means giving you a refund for items that were never delivered.

Yup.

I sent an email to her.

I bought the tickets on the 17th January and paid within a week by cheque. I have been waiting since.

I think I'm just getting anxious and do not want to be shafted! All my other buys off ebay was fast.

Thanks for the info. It is reassuring.

I send all payments via signature required for delivery. US Mail will investigate claims of theft or fraud, especially if there is a signature indicating receipt of funds.
Has the check been cashed? Get photocopy of check and prepare a case file. Print out all emails, winning notice from eBay, etc.
You need to send a final demand for items, stating specifically the date of Cashing the check, the ending date and any assurances you have received from the seller.
CC eBay's Safe Harbor team about this if there is no response.
It's jerks like this with poor communication skills that give eBay a bad name.
