Off to a good start...

I won this aution for $60.. Upon winning I paid the full amount of the aution and get this email:

Dear Sir, congratulations on your bid of $60,however, it is indicated that the selling price on this bracelet is $140, and like on all my items there should have been a "Buy it now option" with reserve price. For some reason, unknown to me, it didn't show. So as a gesture of good will I can propose this bracelet to you for $90 and free shipping. if you accept it, please forward the money and I'll ship at once.

My reply:

Good Evening, I have already paid the full amount of the auction to you via paypal and look forward to recieving my product. Thanks, Luden

His reply:

Dear Sir, We've noticed, thank you. But like I wrote to you yesterday, - $90.00 minimum is what we can accept for this bracelet, - nothing less, as this item was posted with a reserve price, which for some odd reason did not show, and went unnoticed, - like all the other Titanium bracelets in our store, therefore if you want it, - please pay $30 and it will be shipped at once. If you do not want it for $90, then we will refund your $60 to your pay pal account Regards, xxx

Should I just report it to ebay or tell him to send me stuff or negitive feedback? Suggestions/comments?

Thanks,
Luden.

if you decide to give him negative feedback, wait till 90 days are up and give him a neg feedback. if you give him one and then he gives you one, your ebay rating will be (-1). Not too good.

giving bad feedback will make him respond with bad on you as well. and that would create even more of a headache. Contact e-bay before you do anything.

I really hate the fact that the first thing people say is leave a neg. Leaving a neg should be the last option, after all other options have been tried.

In this case I would A) contact the seller and let them know that they are obligated to sell to you for $60 under eBay rules and not doing so will result in a warning or suspension (they look like they are new too so cut them some slack since they probably aren't aware of the rules), B) if they still won't sell the item then file a complaint with eBay Non-selling seller, C) if nothing works, get your money back and finally leave a negative feedback.

Looking at his other auctions, they do have reserves, so obviously it was a mistake. Knowing that, I would probably just request a refund. No harm done to either party, you just buy your bracelet somewhere else.

It's a new seller lol, he's not willing sell it for that much. oh man 60.00 for a bracelet is expensive as is, dude he's just trying to make more money. dude is greedy, LMAO. I did this myself, heh the bidder kept bitching at me all over the forums and threatning to leave a neg. I just have to sell it for next to nothing, oh well. sometime you win, sometime you lose. big deal.
