Ebay problem with seller.

I just bought something, and it had something missing from the contents. I tried to email back the person, but the email was "invalid". What to do?

And yea, the printer I bought puts out more black on the paper in powder than in letters...

Email eBay and give them his/her username. Try using the "My Ebay" features to find the individual's email address. If you sent money via Paypal, you might be able to get it back, but I'm not sure about that. In the future, check the seller's feedback, ect., that is usually a decent indicator of how shady a seller someone is.

Go to this link and use the "Contact Info" section. You should be able to get there phone number along with there address, but yours will be forwarded as well to them.
