Sold an item on ebay and it went for $26. The shipping was indicated as

Well, just received paypal for buyer and he only paid $26 (dind't pay shipping). I didn't even know ebay allowed this. Looking at paypal payment appears somehow he got a discount of $5 (I dind't specify any discounts in my item description). Did he apply that himself or did ebay automatically apply that discount for him?
