Heres my problem. I purchased an item from ebay, seller has 1000s of feedbacks 98.7% positive. I payed via non CC paypal. A few days later I get an email with a tracking number from USPS. 1 day later I check and it says it was delivered but only shows the area code it was delivered to. I knock on a couple of neighbors doors to see if they have my package, no one has it. I wait a day and call the post office and tell them the tracking number and all the info. They say if it says delivered then it was delivered. I tell them I do not have the package and they say call the seller. I call the seller and tell him to give me the address it was sent to. He gives me the right address but cant really verify cuz it was all done electronically. I tell him I dont have the package, he says to call the post office. I already did that. 3 times this week my mail has been delivered to wrong apts. I leave a nasty note to the PO guy on the mailboxes. I also opened a claim with PayPal and file a complaint that I did not receive the package and that the seller is not 100% sure he even sent it to my address and it was all done electronically. He tells the PayPal complaint that the tracking number claims it was delivered. I tell them al it says it was delivered to my area code which probably has 1,000,000 people in it. Do I also need to file a complaint with the post office or is that pretty useless as it is government run and we all know how useless our govt is. What are the chances that I can get a refund from PP?
