What happens if the seller doesnt accept returns, but says that it is in working condition and works fine (used)? The seller is a good seller, but i dont wanna drop a ton of cash on something i cant return and doesnt work.

Also, ive never used a credit card through paypal, ive always used cash that ive placed into my paypal account...are there any extra fees associated with using a CC and how do i go about adding one?

thanks a ton

you can file a claim if the seller won't refund you. obviously, no refunds doesn't mean you can lie about the item. but once you file a claim you'll be at the mercy of the magic wheel the paypal/ebay employee spins to determine who wins

I thought usual the buyer wins in these types of disputes? I sent the buyer a msg asking, but he's got all perfect reviews so i don't doubt he's lying or anything.

Just because it's what he says doesn't mean it can't violate ebay's terms and if it doesn't work you can get your money back even if he doesn't want it back.

Just went through this. The item I received wasn't what was listed, took a month to get my money back.
