Ebay/Paypal policy question

I sold an item, in the payment details section I plainly stated that I prefer paypal, but I do not accept CC. So the winner pays me in CC paypal, I reject and request normal/bank funded transaction. He thinks I mean no paypal at all and tells me that he 'will have to pass on [my] item'. I clarified, telling him that I accept paypal, just not CC paypal. He did not respond. 8 days later, I emailed him this: "Hi, I'd like to remind you that by bidding on my auction, you agreed to a legally binding contract that includes paying by the terms outlined in my auction."

Now, I remember hearing somewhere that a seller must accept CC paypal if he chooses to accept paypal at all. Is this true? If I file a NPB, will ebay tell me that it's my fault to not accepting his payment?

IIRC as of 8/19/2005 you can no longer specify NON-CC PAYPAL :(

I'm not sure which way eBay or Paypal would side, you'd probably get screwed regardless.

You are in the wrong. They will tell you it is your fault. You must accept Credit Card. If anything he should report you to ebay, for no complaint seller. You violated the rules of ebay.
