Ebay/Paypal Dispute - What does ATOT think?

Paypal agreed he was in the right.

I honestly am pretty pissed. I sent him the right address and somehow he got the wrong one...really kinda sucks for me.
 
Uh, how far away are you from that address? Why not attempt to contact whoever is at that address and explain what happened? (Plus, the way you mention it may work to your advantage... "hi, I'm sorry to bother you, but I purchased some tickets... I'll be happy to pick them up, because, of course, I know where you live."

That may be enough to put into the back of someone's mind, "why would I screw this guy over? He knows where I live."
