Ebay NPB: Neutral or Negative feedback?

Someone used "Buy it Now" on some magic cards that I had on ebay.

It was clearly stated I took "NON-Credit Card Paypal ONLY" yet he paid with a CC which I denied.

Sent an email immediately afterwards, and three more over the course of 8 days. No response.

I know a negative is warranted, but should I be "nice" and leave a neutral instead? It was only a $12 item that I can relist anyhow.

negative

assuming you have feedback over 50, fvck the retaliation, give him the neg he deserves

there is no way he is deserving of a neutral

1. your a dork for having these cards

2. i would either go neutral or leave no feedback. he did try to pay you, but at the same time was an idiot for not reading the description... i would probably let it go b/c he did try to pay, and b/c i am nice, but i would also understand neutral feedback. i say give him a break

I'd say neutral.

You're no longer a dork since you're selling the cards. 😉

1. I'm getting rid of them because I was a dork in high school but haven't used them for 7 years. So there. Pthblblt.

edit: Also you're in need of grammar lessons. ZING! 😉

1. You've obviously never played the game.

2. I would agree with leaving a neutral.

No doubt. Negative. He saw the non-CC Paypal and hoped you weren't serious.

He probably will retaliate, but oh well.

[EDIT]If he responded to the 3 emails you sent after rejecting his payment, then a neutral would be more appropriate. No response + you having to pay listing fees = negative[/EDIT]

on a serious note, i would let it go, unless you dont mind getting a negative in return, b/c like everyone has said, he most likely will retaliate. then you could dispute it and blah blah blah, but it might just be more trouble than its worth

Left a neutral. It only cost me 35 cents so it's really not worth the hassle of a negative. I think he probably died or fell off the earth or something.

wimp. 😀

I'm having the same problem. Person paid with credit card, even thought the auction said not to, I sent an email, they paid AGAIN with a credit card, I sent ANOTHER email....and I haven't heard. I even said in the email that if they can't pay with debit card to let me know and I could arrange something. argh...and this is after I had to relist because of a non-paying buyer. Not really sure what I am going to do...do you guys ever request the contact information of your buyer and give them a call?

eBay ain't all its cracked up to be 🙁

No, eBay is a pretty good, streamlined service. It's the STUPID MORONS that use (i.e. bid) eBay that need work.

at least its good to know its not just me 🙂

you should just wait until 89 days later, then that person will probably forget to leave feedback and then you can leave negative.
