Thats what I am curious about. The caption reads "Former CIA employee Thomas G. Woolston claims online auction company eBay infringed on his patents in creating its Web site"
Makes it sounds like the auction site itself??
 
Yes I plan on suing our local fleemarket as well....lol

Egay has been sued previously, apparently they have some good legal writeup going on. Ebay pi$$es me off though, you can't get a good deal on there anymore anyway. Just a bunch of overpriced crap.

The 2nd page says he has patents on fixed price items and an integrated payment processor.
