I got the shirt in the mail today and it is definatly FAKE! The tshirt tag is for some generic brand of tshirts made in uzbekistan, and the shirt just has the Von Dutch logo printed on it. According to the description Tags are attached, which is also false. The item is definatly fake, whats the best way to get my money back and get this seller in trouble. The seller has and is selling tons of these shirts on ebay right now too.
 
For starters I contacted the seller and addressed the issue, filed a complaint with ebay and filed a complaint with paypal. In the process i also requested the users contact info through ebay and just as i suspected the guys phone number was fake or atleast disconnected. I also contacted Von Dutch to let them know i have info on a counterfieter. Does anyone know what else i can do, like any governmental agencies i can call or whatever? I just want my 20 bux back and this asshole to get busted.
 
Von Ddutch makes nice clothes, also expensive. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is 🙂

Sorry you got hosed, but whatever you did seems to be everything possible you could do, sadly, mostly everything will you did will probably be ignored.

He replyed back to my email and says he will refund my money + shipping ... so i said yes as long as he sends me money first which he should be doing today... Well even if i get my money back i still will continue to report him since hes been selling 100s of counterfiet tshirts.
 
Make sure to leave Negative feedback and put in there that the shirt is a fake. Then hopefully anyone looking to buy more will see your comments.
