I have spend quite a bit buying off ebay and there is no respect for that...even thought i have changed billing method to manual pay, they still try to bill me automatically for 3.45 selling fee which I never sold anything! which of course was rejected because my CC was cancelled due to abuse/other reasons. I mailed what I owe them minus the 15 dollar cc rejection fee they imposed on me and told them that was not my fault. and guess what? they don't budge!!! now after 2 months, they still saying the same thing that I must pay as they have already suspended my account. like i care? 🙁
