Ebay is a buncha idiots!

Anytime i sell something they cancel it for some stupid reason...mainly software. Yet when i check i see a 100 other people have the same thing as me and are aloud to sell them?!? I checked the ebay rules and for oem software you must sell with hardware, like everyone i will include a peice of hardware with it yet ebay cancels my auction and not other people.

Actually, it's probably one of the more innovative companies in a long time.

Very true, they are one of the only dot-coms to turn a consistent profit, quarter after quarter.

Nope, just said it was against their rules, yet my auction followed every part of their software selling rules.

When you get ebay auctions closed u arent always being reported on, ebay does their own browsing of software auctions. Also VERO members have a right to close auctions which they do for no apparent reason sometimes (happend 2x to me). This one was by ebay themselves.

Oh they've done it 2x before and i had to get them to reinstate it. Both times it was errors on their part not reading my auctions clearly before canceling them. Good they didnt do it again since i just put up like 15 auctions yesterday...

Yes, but having a sh!tload if self serving anti-seller policies. If you look at my previous posts/threads regarding ebay, you can see that they set the system up so that buyer fraud against sellers means higher revenue for them.

Most / many / all (?) of the retailers that sell OEM Microsoft OSs are only s'posed to sell 'em with a motherboard or hard drive ... not just "hardware."

What kind of hardware were you selling the OS with?
