Ok so I have listed will only ship to US. Get this email earlier today from someone in Singapore asking if I would ship there. I didn't reply as I was trying to get information on what it would all involve first. Ok so no answer to the person b4 the auction closed right. BUT states on page only ship to US. Anyhow they bid on it won, and have now bidded on another item that I just listed today.

What the heck do I do now? I just started selling things on here and am at a lost. Doesn't it cost a lot to ship overseas? My shipping charge will def. NOT cover shipping overseas.

Any suggestions?

I would refuse to ship it over there. It sucks because of ebay fees, etc. but I wouldn't deal with overseas unless it's like APO or something.

Don't ship it unless you are very familiar with the process. At the very least, get payment (verified, deposited, cashed) before you ship,
and then tell them what the charge will be to them (Used Fedex.com for rate info).

DO NOT take a credit card!

*I* would tell them that you can't do it and relist the item. Ask them to not bid on your auctions, as they clearly state that you ONLY ship in the USA.

They emailed me again saying Hi I won your auction and am bidding on another could you wait and give me shipping for both I would be paying via paypal.

Available FedEx Express Services Dropoff Rate
FedEx International Priority®
83.97
FedEx International Economy®
72.38

Why WHY would anyone pay this much for anything in shipping???????? come on this is Tupperware. I love Tupperware but would NEVER pay that much in shipping!

Am I just missing something here?

How do I tactfully say ummm sorry it says us only and you cost me money!

Well just checked on USPS it is not quite as bad but dang alot of forms to fill out.

Global Express Mail (EMS) 3 - 5 Days $40.20
Airmail Parcel Post 4 - 7 Days $32.65
Economy (Surface) Parcel Post 4 - 6 Weeks $22.80

Def think this is a No sorry it says US only and take a chance on neg feedback w/ me leaving a response.

LOL NO, They have their own distributor listed on the Tupperware International Page.

This has to be a joke. They are new and have good feedback but still. I am NOT sending this.

You tell him NO. The terms clearly stated shipping in US only. Be firm, don't ;et him try to persuade you to do otherwise.

Since you placed the terms of shipping on the Ebay auction, you have the right to refuse the winning bid. If the guy gives you any hassles, turn him in to Ebay. I would probably give them a heads up on this guy anyway. Seems suspicious.

1. You are new to Ebay <I just started selling things on here >
2. Scammers are looking for people, new, who may not know exactly how things work.
3. I agree with a previous post, that he may be using swiped paypal accounts. He may even have a swiped Ebay account.
4. I agree with the others as to relist the item, request that he not bid on your auctions, as you refuse to ship anywhere but the continental US. Remind him bidders have to comply with the auction rules.
5. Keep a copy of all communications, emails, etc.

Hopefully he'll realize that you aren't a sucker and move on.

DONT send them. There is a high probability he has access to a stolen paypal account.

If I were you, I would try to accomodate this idiot, only because you're out of your listing fee regardless of what you do and open yourself up to negative feedback. BUT don't allow paypal or any of that high fraud category of payment. Insist they pay you through bidpay.com (zero chance of fraud). If they are really a legitimate buyer, then it should not be a problem. Make sure to find out the true cost of shipping and add in another $5 or so for your troubles.

The only place I would ship overseas to is Canada. I don't think you should go beyond that. I've seen a lot of high ticket item auctions that say "WILL NOT SHIP TO SINGAPORE OR INDONESIA" etc. So if a lot of them are saying that, then it must be a bad thing :)

BidPay hmm will have to look into it.

I am willing to risk the neg feedback I think. AS I would have to B. got get a box to ship the stuff in as I ship things priority mail and use stamps.com. Which means I don't have to leave my house. To hard w/ 3 small kids to load them up constantly. And I am on some restrictions for bedrest as complications w/ the baby. B. I would actually have to find the fed ex place to send the stupid thing from. C. Seems like way to much trouble, time, and paperwork for what I would get out of it.

Thanks for the imput though. I will decide tomorrow what to do forsure.
