eBay: How do I do a "save on more than one item" feature?

Running a few auctions now- just wondering how I add a "save by buying more than one item"?
 
the button should be somewhere on your seller's page, though all you really have to do is say it in your auction. just state that you offer combined shipping, or a discount, when buying more than 1 item.
