You can reply to eBay feedback. In reality, you would be surprised how much people don't care about one blemish on an eBay account. Everyone knows about retalitory feedback. When I want to buy something there, yes I do check each of the negatives in the seller's feedback, but I also look at the feedback of the person who gave the negative evaluation, to see if it's a comment I should be concerned about or not.

Do you think this will prove my point somewhat? They called me a scammer and that I tried to re-negotiate in the feedback. But this shows that I paid immediately after I won the "bidding", I picked "Buy it Now".

Doesn't prove anything more than what a feedback would.

You can pay and then contact them about sending you cash back or a bonus item, etc or you will leave them a negative feedback. Ebay pros know you get a couple lumps (negs) from just the asshats looking for a freebee and that a negative to them seems like the end of the world.

Don't sweat the negative. No reason to explain yourself unless someone asks.

It'd probably make you come across as a whiner more than anything, if you tried explaining it.
