I hope you guys get it... the seller is just mascarading as a friendship sale but really is selling the ticket.
 
He probably won the tickets in some sort of contest that has a clause that you may not sell it or something.
 
Southwest airlines rapid rewards tickets say on them that you can sell them, usually people just setup an auction for the drink certificates and give the ticket for free.
