I have an auction that just started for a platinum gameboy advance sp and I get this message. Mine was pretty new and they retail for 100$

"Dear thestartinglinerock,

Hello I'll buy it now for 25.00 + 8.00 s&h because I collect sp for cheap THANKS Josh"

ummmm how about no?

Add them to your blocked bidder list. I always do this, including the people who ask specific questions that are pointed out exactly in the description.

I wonder if that works for just about anything.

"Dear BMW, I will give you $1,000 for a brand new Mini Cooper in Blue because I collect them for cheap."

This seems like the proverbial "biting off your nose to spite your face." How do you know they didn't just miss that part of the description?

had a similar experience.....I was selling some extra tickets to a concert for face value ($15 each)......some dude sent me an email and said "I'll give you $15 for 3 tickets. Someone else offered me that price but said I had to pick them up from him and I don't want to do that"....well fine then, fvck off.

Nothing worse than lowballers. This goes for the FS/FT forum and ebay. How can people even try to send emails like that. Offering me 25% of what the item goes for on ebay that little bastard. If I didn't have a conscious I would accept his offer and then just keep his money.
