Ebay has given me a $15 charge for returned automatic payment, or something of the sort. Basically Ebay tried to pay itself automatically the fees I owed them for auctioning, which were a whopping $1.65. My bank declined the transaction. So now ebay wants me to pay them a $15 "banking" fee because poor ebay couldn't pay itself automatically. Frankly I think it's all bullshhit.

I think you can stop automatic payments and manually pay it with Paypal, that's what I prefer doing.

E-Bay was charged by their banking system a fee for a NSF transaction. They are passing that cost on to you.

You may also have been charge such a fee.

No different that writing a bad check. :(
