It doesn't say - just that he has 50 feedback and 2 were negative - negatives are older than a month but newer than 6 months

Interesting. Typically, the "private feedback" question is tied with a "should I buy from him?" question. Yours is the opposite.

If he paid you with non-cc PayPal, ship him his goods. If he sends you a money order, and it cashes, send him his goods. Anything else, no sale.

Most of the time when I see someone with "private" feedback, it's from auctions for things that not everyone would like to know that they bought. (ie: porn)
