ebay automation question

i want to bid on an item tomorrow before the auction ends but i won't be near a computer at the time.

is there a way to setup ebay / account in such a way that it will put in a predetermined (my predetermined) bid at a particular time? e.g. $10 at 2PM

if i bid $10 right now it may cause the price to go up be inciting others to bid right now as well. since the bid price is stable, wouldn't it be better if i waited till tomorrow to bid?
