ebay auction ended. no one wants my stuff :(. should i repost again?

a fax machine with a broken loading tray, a bunch of old college textbooks, a black dell cd-rom.

in every ad i said no returns, is that a bad thing? i don't want to deal with the stuff as i got rid of it when i was cleaning house.

I've found Andale's thing where you can research to see how well something sells to be worth it... The listings it's prevented me from listing have been worth the couple of bucks it costs.

well, on my fax machine, the bidding ended at 9.99. i set a reserve at 22.

would it be more beneficial to sell it for 9.99 or to get a tax deduction?

the other stuff go no bids.

Well, you could try unloading the textbooks on Half.com instead of eBay. There seems to be a better market there. As for the other stuff, I dunno!

it's final bid amount plus a fixed $20 for shipping.

I can usually guess how much shipping costs so I just use a fixed price shipping to save time.

i'm not sure you should copy my auction it only sold for $0.99. I posted it more as a joke

But can I assume you actually sent the item to the person?
I should start adding a Ferrari clause to my auctions. 🙂

Yeah, the guy paid so I shipped. I had gotten the fax machine for free from a friend who was moving, i was going to throw it out cause it's so old and crappy but i thought that someone else might want it so i put it on ebay. The buyer even left a nice feedback for me.

if you want to get rid of it, put it up for a dollar with no reserve. i got rid of a jacket i never wore (i paid 40 for it two years ago, they paid 17.49 plus shipping) and i didn't mind the loss because i can't even fit in the jacket anymore (its too big) and i don't go snowboarding.

put the textbooks on half.com
