ebay and non confirmed paypal address

had an ebay auction end just now for a comptuer and the auciton says paypal only / confirmed address only.

well the guy wins and pays me $375 but not from a confirmed address. he has no feedback. what do i do. i cant ship it to him becuase the paypal address isnt verified?

ship it anyway and take my chances?

tell him to bug off. i cant give a full refund because paypal already took their cut?
