Ebay advice needed

I was searching for a laptop on ebay, and I come across this auction. It says to email the guy before making a bid, so I email him. He asks me how much I would be willing to buy the laptop for. I give him my price. He says he agrees with my price, and to send him the funds though Western Union. He will then send the laptop through UPS. I email him back asking if he would take paypal or MO, and he said no. Does this look like a scam? 😀

Seriously though, is there anything I can do to mess with this guy, or screw him over? I hate scammers. I've heard about the P-P-P-Powerbook story, he was selling his laptop, not buying, so it's a little different.
