My wife and I had a 2.5 GB HDD go for $2800 on ebay once. In fact, there was a thread about this here in ATOT about 4 years ago.

Anyway, fleabay worked with us to cancel the fees. We ended up selling the drive to the winning bidder for $28.00 plus shipping. What happened was that he and another bidder got caught up in the "heat of the moment" and both forgot the decimal place.
